Volunteer Check-in Times

Check-in times for concession stand preparation duties are as follows:

• 7PM show: check in @ 6:15PM

• 4PM show: check in @ 3:15PM

Volunteers must arrive 45-minutes early. If you are a new volunteer or need a refresher, then we encourage you to show up at either 6PM or 3PM–whichever is applicable.

Duties

Each of the shows requires a volunteer to…

• Pop popcorn,

• Work concessions, 

• Assist cleaning the auditorium and lobby following the feature film.

Volunteer perks

Working volunteers are eligible for the following perks:

• Free small popcorn 

• Free small soda

• Stay and watch the movie! Or receive a voucher for another movie!

Guidelines

Volunteers are asked to be at least 10+ years old. Volunteers 10 - 13years old are able to help serve pop and candy, and clean!

Per our food service permit, volunteers are required to tie back long hair, wear sleeved shirts, and wear closed toe shoes. A printable Conditional Employee Health Reporting Agreement is below if you would like to fill out ahead of time.
